Crystal Energy: What Makes It Special?

Everything emits an energy field, including inanimate objects like a plastic stool. However, not all energy has a significant impact on our own energy fields!

Naturally-occurring crystals and rocks are formed through various processes on Earth, and this gives them a touch of natural energy from Mother Earth. Beyond that, the atomic structure of crystals also carry subtle energetic ‘vibrations’. By studying these different fields and how they interact with us, we can arrive at the various potential benefits that working with each material can bring.

This also makes the difference between manmade or lab-grown crystals and naturally-occurring ones! While the physical structure of the material may be similar, it lacks the energy imbued into it during the natural process of formation!

As part of my personal practice, I also work with a more conscious energy that goes beyond the physical crystal itself, but that’s a topic for another day!
