What is Ceremonial Grade Matcha?
Ceremonial Grade Matcha is the highest quality of matcha that is favoured in Japanese tea ceremonies. Made with the youngest, top leaves of each plant during the first harvest of every season, this is a labour-intensive process that painstakingly selects only plants that have only been picked once. This produces the rich, almost-neon colour of Ceremonial Grade Matcha that stands out from the duller colour of culinary-grade Matcha.

Directions
1. Measure 2g of powder into a cup
2. Bring water to a boil, then cool to around 75°C. This process removes impurities in water that may affect the taste
3. Pour about 55ml of water over the powder
4. Using a Matcha whisk, whisk the tea in a M or W motion for about 20-30 seconds until frothy
5. Enjoy your cup of premium Matcha!
