All Singing Bowls at the Sanctum come with a cushion and a stick. This one also comes with a sturdy faux-velvet box!
Directions:
1. Maintaining firm contact between the stick and the side of the bowl, drag the stick around the bowl to vibrate it
2. While the bowl is singing, visualise/intend for the sound waves to cleanse the energy. or to aid in your healing
3. Practice speeding up and slowing down to affect the pulses of sound waves
4. Practice using different parts of the bowl to get slightly different sounds!
