Australia is a rare locality for Prehnite that's extremely hard to find on the market! These specimens have excellent luster and feature beautiful crystals with distinct formations. Notice the intricate individual shapes of the crystals. They are quite distinct from the more formations from Namibia, Morocco, India, China, and even Mali, which are more common on the market.
Darker green patches are suspected Chlorite inclusions instead of the usual Epidote. Check out the interesting bowtie formations on some pieces as well.
