Sencha Green Tea, Long Jing Green Tea, Nettle, Horsetail, Freeze-Dried Pineapple, Orange Peel, Olive Leaves, Freeze-Dried Blueberry
Directions
2g for every 200ml of water at 95°C. Steep for 4-5 minutes.
Optional: Second brew with about 100ml of water.
