Creation - Universe - Cosmos - Birth - Renewal - Knowledge - Wisdom - Sacred Scriptures
Brahma (四面佛 in Chinese) is a Hindu-Buddhist Deity, known for:
1. Creation and Universe: He is revered as the creator of the universe, and is often depicted with four heads, each representing the four Vedas (ancient Hindu scriptures).
2. Birth and Renewal: Brahma is associated with birth, renewal, and regeneration, and is often invoked for fertility, prosperity, and new beginnings.
3. Knowledge and Wisdom: He is revered as the god of knowledge, wisdom, and sacred scriptures, and is often depicted with a book or a scroll.
4. Cosmic Order: Brahma is also associated with maintaining cosmic order, and is often invoked to restore balance and harmony in the universe.
In Hindu tradition, Brahma is often revered through:
- Chanting his mantra (e.g., "Om Brahma Devaya Namaha")
- Reciting the Brahma Suktam
- Making offerings to him (e.g., flowers, fruits, and sacred texts)
- Celebrating festivals in his honor (e.g., the Brahma Festival)

About Consecration
At the Sanctum, we work with the Divine Mother when consecrating Deities, and this allows us to work with them outside of a religious context. As such, there is no need to follow any religious practice (especially closed practices), though you're free to do so should you subscribe to them!
How to Display Consecrated Statues
Remember, consecration means that the Deities are present. Do treat these as sacred objects, and display them in a clean, dedicated place such as an altar or a cleared space on a table or shelf.
Is Consecration Permanent?
The Deities are not bound to the objects, but are instead present in the Sacred Space that the Mother has anchored on the objects. Therefore, it is up to Their discretion to stay or leave, though they generally will not leave as long as you treat them with respect, and refrain from actions that go against their moral code (in general, just being a good person and/or having the sincere aspiration to be a better person is sufficient).
Offerings
As Mother and the Deities transcend religion, there is no need to follow religious traditions when it comes to offerings, though you're free to do so should you subscribe to said religions. In general, you can't go wrong with fruits, with the added bonus that you can consume them after offering to reduce waste!
Deities would not want you to spent too much on offerings, and would rather that you donated to charity than spent it on flowers!
